Terms and Conditions for Socal Advertising Introduction
Welcome to Socal Advertising! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to use the Socal Advertising mobile application ("App") provided by Passion For Creation Group AB. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
User Accounts
To use our Socal Advertising mobile application ("App"), you must log in with an existing Apple, Facebook, or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Use of another person's account without permission is prohibited.
Subscription Services
The App offers both free and subscription-based services. The free version grants limited access to our features, while the Pro version offers full access to all functionalities. Subscription fees and terms will be provided within the App and are subject to change.
Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
User Content and Data
You may input data including but not limited to advertising budgets and target group sizes, for the purpose of estimating digital marketing outcomes. You retain all rights to your data but grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing the App's services.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App in any manner that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Is fraudulent or malicious.
- Harms or attempts to harm minors.
Disclaimer of warranties
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Passion For Creation Group AB and its affiliates or its employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
Governing Law
